We offer free shipping via USPS on orders over $100 after discounts and before taxes.
Our goal is to have your OTSO order processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number.
Urgent shipments must be made before 9 a.m. m. AST time, so they are processed the same business day. If the order is placed after 9am AST or on a holiday or weekend, it will ship the next business day.
